Warum hat der Hersteller kein \u00e4hnliches Produkt entwickelt?<\/strong>
Der Hersteller entwirft das Motorrad f\u00fcr den allgemeinen Gebrauch und optimiert es f\u00fcr die Serienproduktion. Mit dem richtigen Wissen und spezifischen Tests ist es jedoch m\u00f6glich, jedes Detail zu perfektionieren, um eine bessere Leistung als bei Standardkonfigurationen zu erzielen.<\/p>

Warum ist der Velocity Stack aus Aluminium und nicht wie die Prototypen im 3D-Druck?<\/strong>
3D-Druck ist ideal f\u00fcr schnelle Prototypen, aber die h\u00e4ufig verwendeten Materialien sind durchl\u00e4ssig f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und weniger best\u00e4ndig gegen L\u00f6sungsmittel, Benzin und Hitze, was im Laufe der Zeit zu Verformungen f\u00fchren kann. Aluminium bietet dagegen Haltbarkeit, Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit und eine perfekt glatte Oberfl\u00e4che. Hochleistungs-3D-Druckalternativen h\u00e4tten \u00e4hnliche Kosten wie Aluminium, daher haben wir das zuverl\u00e4ssigste und haltbarste Material gew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>

Ist der Velocity Stack auch bei komplett originalen Motorr\u00e4dern sinnvoll?<\/strong>

Was ist ein Velocity Stack?<\/strong>
Der Velocity Stack ist ein Hochleistungselement mit konischer oder zylindrischer Form, das zwischen dem Luftfilterkasten und der Drosselklappe sitzt. Seine Hauptfunktion besteht darin, den Luftstrom in den Motor zu optimieren und somit den Gesamtwirkungsgrad zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Leistung und Vorteile<\/strong>
Dank seiner optimierten Geometrie verbessert der Velocity Stack die volumetrische Effizienz des Motors, reduziert Turbulenzen und optimiert den Ansaugdruck. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem direkteren Ansprechverhalten und einer allgemeinen Leistungssteigerung.
L\u00e4nge, Konizit\u00e4t und Durchmesser beeinflussen die Leistungsentfaltung direkt, die richtige Balance dieser Parameter erm\u00f6glicht einen echten Performancegewinn.<\/p>\n

MISTRAL Version
\n<\/strong>Der Mistral Velocity Stack wurde speziell f\u00fcr die Moto Guzzi V7 I, V7 II, V7 III und Nevada 750 entwickelt. Mithilfe spezieller Software zur Str\u00f6mungs und Druckanalyse wurden Form und Ma\u00dfe optimiert und mehrere Prototypen erstellt.
Diese wurden im 3D-Druckverfahren gefertigt und auf unserem Pr\u00fcfstand getestet, in Bezug auf Drehmoment, Leistung und Drehzahl. So konnten wir die effizienteste Konfiguration bestimmen.<\/p>\n

Der Mistral Velocity Stack zeigte hervorragende Ergebnisse \u00fcber die gesamte Leistungscharakteristik: Schon bei niedrigen Drehzahlen spricht der Motor deutlich besser an, und auch bei rund 3700 U\/min, wo normalerweise ein Leistungsabfall auftritt, konnten wir einen Zuwachs von +1 PS und +1,5 Nm Drehmoment erzielen. Mit steigender Drehzahl nehmen die Verbesserungen weiter zu und erreichen maximal +2,5 PS und +3 Nm. In Kombination mit dem Mistral Sportluftfilter<\/a> steigt die Leistung nochmals auf bis zu +3,5 PS und +4 Nm.<\/p>\n

Das Bauteil wird vollst\u00e4ndig aus dem Vollen gefr\u00e4st, mit hochpr\u00e4ziser CNC-Technik und den besten verf\u00fcgbaren Technologien.
