Is the gain only 1 HP?
<\/strong>No. The 1 HP improvement is recorded at 3700 rpm, which is the most critical point for the engine. The maximum gain reaches up to +2.5 HP and +3 Nm of torque around 5000 rpm. When combined with the Mistral Air Filter<\/a>, the gain can rise to +3.5 HP and +4 Nm.<\/p>

Why hasn\u2019t the manufacturer developed a similar product?
<\/strong>The manufacturer designs the bike for general use and optimized for mass production. However, with the right knowledge and specific testing, it is possible to perfect every detail to achieve performance beyond the standard configurations.<\/p>

Why is the Velocity Stack made of aluminum and not 3D printed like the prototypes?
<\/strong>3D printing is excellent for rapid prototyping, but the commonly used materials are permeable to liquids and less resistant to solvents, gasoline and heat, risking deformation over time. Aluminum, on the other hand, guarantees durability, resistance and a perfectly smooth surface. High-performance 3D printing alternatives would have similar costs to aluminum, so we chose the most reliable and durable material.<\/p>

Is the Velocity Stack also useful on completely original bikes?
<\/strong>Yes, the development was carried out on a completely original Moto Guzzi. Even on modified bikes, the benefits remain proportional to the modifications performed.<\/p>

Is ECU remapping necessary?

What is the Velocity Stack?
\n<\/strong>The Velocity Stack is a high-performance component, conical or cylindrical in shape, placed between the airbox and the throttle body. Its main function is to optimize the airflow entering the engine, improving overall efficiency.<\/p>\n

Performance and Benefits
\n<\/strong>Thanks to its carefully studied geometry, the Velocity Stack improves the engine\u2019s volumetric efficiency, reduces turbulence and optimizes intake pressures. This results in a quicker throttle response and an overall increase in performance.
Parameters such as length, taper and diameter directly influence power delivery: a correct balance of these factors allows a real performance boost.<\/p>\n

MISTRAL Version
\n<\/strong>The Mistral Velocity Stack was specifically developed for Moto Guzzi V7 I, V7 II, V7 III, and Nevada 750. Later, using specific software to analyze airflow relative to intake pressure, we optimized the shape and size by defining several prototypes.
These were 3D printed and tested on our dynamometer, analyzing torque, power and rpm results. This process allowed us to identify the most efficient configuration.<\/p>\n

The Mistral Velocity Stack has shown excellent results throughout the entire power curve, even at low RPM the engine feels more responsive and reactive, and around 3700 RPM, where the bike typically dips, we achieved a gain of +1 hp and +1.5 Nm of torque. As revs increase, improvements continue, reaching a maximum gain of +2.5 HP and +3 Nm. Combined with the Mistral Air Filter<\/a>, performance increases further, reaching up to +3.5 HP and +4 Nm.<\/p>\n

The component is fully CNC machined from solid material, using the best technologies available today.
