Exhaust system specifically designed for Kawasaki W800 (2010-2024).
➔ Installation of our Vtwin Boost 16 is required for Euro4 and Euro5 versions (2017-2024).
➔ Installation of our Vtwin Boost 16 is recommended for the Euro3 version (2010-2017).

The new Mistral exhaust system combines the Conical exhausts with the crossover and header pipes, offering the Kawasaki W800 the perfect blend of performance and character. Its reduced length highlights the bike’s lines, giving it a dynamic and elegant appearance, while the halved weight improves handling and responsiveness on the road.

Available in both Approved and Racing versions, this system delivers maximum engine power and throttle response, with a bold and engaging sound. The Approved version features a catalytic converter and removable Db Killer, fully compliant with road regulations. The Racing version includes a removable Db Killer but is not road-legal, as it comes without a catalytic converter.

Please note that the Vtwin Boost is mandatory for Euro 4 and Euro 5 versions, as the bike with the original exhaust already runs on a relatively lean mixture. Installing our exhaust system therefore requires careful carburetion optimization to ensure optimal performance and engine operation. For this reason, we have specifically developed the Vtwin Boost: our real-time automatic carburetion management device. The system continuously monitors air temperature and pressure, optimizing the air-fuel mixture to improve torque and power across the entire engine range.
