Measurements and results Velocity Stack for V85TT
Mistral Velocity Stack is our specific product designed to increase the engine’s volumetric efficiency. It allows for more air intake and variation in intake pressures. It can reduce turbulence and provide quicker engine response when opening the throttle. The result is a significant performance increase.
The product is fully studied and designed with 3D CAD, and then analyzed using specific software to examine airflow in relation to intake pressure. After creating initial prototypes with a 3D printer, the final product is fully machined from solid using the best technologies available on the market.
During the design and testing phase, numerous tests were performed using our dyno bench to achieve the best torque-power result. The two graphs below show the results: excellent performance across the entire delivery curve, starting from the very first revs, where the bike becomes much more responsive and reactive. Even at 3500 rpm, where the engine struggles the most, we were able to achieve +1 hp of power and +1 Nm of torque. As revs increase, the gain rises both in terms of net power and torque, reaching a maximum of +2.3 hp and +3.5 Nm.


Beyond the results that we obtained trough the research and the tests, we constantly receive feedbacks from our costumers and following we want to leave a review that we recently get.
A costumers of ours from Germany decided to do some test on his Moto Guzzi V85TT Euro5 to verify firsthand the performance of our Velocity Stack. Through the application of a specific app (Phyphox) he accomplished some measurements before and after the installation of the product. It comes to light, as noticeable in the results in the following charts, a visible increase of the performances.

In this article we focused on the results of the product fitted on a Moto Guzzi V85TT. Mistral Velocity Stack is also available for per Moto Guzzi V7 I (single throttle body), V7 II, V7 III, Nevada 750 i.e. (original flat exhausts), V7 850 Euro5, V9 Euro4-Euro5 and for Royal Enfield Continental Gt 650 Euro4-Euro5, Interceptor 650 Euro4-Euro5, Bear 650, Classic 650, ShotGun 650 and Super Meteor 650.
